Here's more pictures from the beach!

The Leviners

Fun sweet Caroline!

Miss Caroline!

She loved playing with all the "stuff" that
was near her when we took this picture!

There's a smile from my big girl!

C with her daddy! (This pic is filmy because
the wind was blowing and it kept fogging my camera
lens).

The Leviners

She apparently wanted down!

My girl!

Running away!

C with her granddaddy Harry!

Showing grandaddy where his nose is!

Giggle, Giggle, Girl!

What is it that you see?

C's beach mode of transportation!

Zoom, Zoom, Zoom!

She loved this "ride"!

Happy girl!

Caroline loved looking at all the "junk" the ocean brought to shore like seaweed, sticks, etc. She would examine its parts and carry on a conversation about it in some language that I call gibberish. Here's some pictures of our little beach explorer.

She found three seashells and we kept them!

 Get ready, get set, go!

This little girl isn't afraid of anything!

She was always willing to give away the "junk"!

Another thing that C likes to do is point and this was no exception at the beach! She pointed at everything that amazed her from the ocean, the sky, the sand, the moon, everything!

I found the moon!

OH!

AW...you said you'd take me to the beach
now let's go!

On last Friday, C experienced the beach for the very first time! I didn't take her last summer because I thought she was too little and I worried about her getting hot or sunburned (you can't put sunscreen on a baby that is less than 6 mos old), so we stayed home. I captured tons of photos of her this year and I'm going to post way to many but I wanted you to see how much fun our sweet Caroline had at Edisto Beach!
Caroline loved the sand the most! She dug in it, crawled in it, walked in it, and threw it. She was amazed by the ocean but as it rolled to shore and the foam touched her toes she would run the other way or want Sam or me to pick her up. She laughed, played, giggled, ran, screamed, dug, talked and had a blast! She enjoyed playing with her cousins, Anna, Silas, and Franklin too! I'm going to treasure the fun she had and anticipate taking her next year but enjoy C at the beach because I've several more posts!

C meeting the ocean!

Feeling the ocean for the first time!

Happy girl!

I love it! Toes in the sand, wind in my hair,
and the sun on my face!

She loved being in this hole that her
daddy dug!

Hey Miss Caroline!

Caroline and daddy!

Mommy with her favorite girl!

After a nap we headed back
out on the beach for more fun!

This is one of my favorite pictures of her!

Ocean, here I come!

She didn't mind the sand even
when it got on her face!

Just playing!

My mommy loves my red hair!

Where to now?

YAY, baby!

Silly, I love you!

You must be pointing in this picture!

Are you having fun yet?

Mommy, which way is the beach?

I'm ready to go! I got
my satchel!

Splishin and a splashin!

This bucket was too much fun!

Like I said before, I love church camp. I've gone every year for a week for as long as I can remember to the Nazarene church camp in Batesburg. This is where Sam spent many of his summers and I want C to have this very same experience. I love it there. It's filled with wonderful people. The church services are awesome (some of the best preaching I have ever heard). It's family funfilled all day long. Here's the rest of the pictures from this year's church camp meeting! Join us next year if you can! The dates are June 19-26, 2011!

C loved looking outside this door at the Leviner cabin!

I'm sure she wondered when she could play
and ride her bike just like the children she
saw passing by!

Granny and Caroline!

The last Sunday of camp was the IMPACT reunion choir
and Chonda Pierce, South Carolina's very own
gave the crowd a treat! Might I add she is also
Sam's cousin! We love her and I can't wait to see
her in concert again at the end of July!
In case you don't know who Chonda is, she is
a christian comedian! She's hilarious and you can
watch her on CMT!
