"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

This weekend was a lot of fun! On Saturday morning C and I attended the March of Dimes walk in Columbia at the state fairgrounds. Saturday afternoon Sam and I attended Rita and Marcus's wedding! I will blog about both events very soon! Until then check out little girl...

Oh the fun she has at Ms. Leah's! She is sitting inside of a toy that's not supposed to be sat in. Instead of being a chair it's an activity table that she's supposed to stand at and play with (notice the blue and red ring on the floor, well this is the center part that goes inside the table). Little girl is so much fun and very busy! I love it! I wouldn't trade her fun in for anything!

I love spring! It's my favorite season!

My two favorites! Sam showing little girl
how to blow a dandelion!

Caroline has quite the fun personality...

and the cute facial expressions to match!

This little one is going to love all the things

that spring and summer have to bring!

Fun Baby Girl!

Look at my wild girl! Ms. Leah took this picture right after the children had a picnic outside! Lucas looks like he's not going to try this stunt that Caroline is trying out! Sam said that next she'll be standing on her head! Our little girl isn't afraid of anything!! Just look at that face!

P.S. The dirt on her pants shows you that our little one is not yet a walker! She crawls everywhere, especially on the playground at Ms. Leah's. That is one of the reasons she doesn't wear good clothes or shoes to Ms. Leah's! The first thing that I do when we get home is give little girl a bath. She is so dirty, but I love that she loves playing with her friends!

This weekend was too much fun! My precious niece, Courtney, had her very first prom and I was so beyond thrilled when she asked me to do her and three of her friends' makeup!
Her dress, hair, jewels, shoes, accessories and of course makeup were perfect! Courtney was beautiful! She is beautiful not only on the outside but also on the inside. I have bragging rights..let me explain, but in another post!

This little girl has found...

that these cabinets open...

and that lots of fun...

could be had behind them...

especially when dragging out all of the dishes...

and sitting where they once sat!

This cute pie enjoyed her...

new discovery!

This past weekend was filled with fun! Not only did we get to participate in the Orangburg March of Dimes to support one very sweet little girl, Morgan Kate, but I also helped host a baby shower for a dear dear friend, Raven!
I have known Raven (and all the gals in the last picture), practically my whole life. We have all grown up together and I cherish each of their friendships including this precious Mommy-To-Be, Raven! It has been great sharing and watching my friends have babies of their own. I'm so glad that I've been able to experience the joy of motherhood and I can't wait for Raven to experience this same joy as well! Nolan Thomas is to arrive in May and I'm so happy for Raven and Makoto! Raven you are going to be the best mother to Nolan and I can't wait to meet him! Thank you for being such a great friend!

On last Saturday, my little family supported another precious little family by participating and walking in the Orangeburg March of Dimes. It was a great day for the walk and we were so happy to give and show support for the March of Dimes and especially for the Callahan family. This year's walk was extra special because the Callahan family, dear friends of ours, was named the Ambassador family for the Orangeburg/Calhoun Counties March of Dimes. Morgan Kate is truly a miracle and I am so thankful for all the reserach and technological advances that the March of Dimes puts forth to help make all babies born healthy!
I love you Morgan Kate as well as your family and we are so blessed to have you for Caroline's friend! Thank you for including us as part of Team Morgan Kate!
