Today we celebrated Caroline's one week birthday! I can't believe she's already a week old! She has quite the personality and lots of Carolineisms already! We love how she giggles, laughs, and smiles in her sleep- these are just the cutest moments to watch! I've tried getting them on video but she just doesn't do them once I turn it on. She's precious when she stretches and yawns- these are some of her Aunt Rhonda's favorite moments!

We've had a great first week! Rhonda came to stay with us all week and its been a lot of "fine fun" as Rhonda puts it! She made us delicious meals, took care of Caroline and me, and lots more. We hated to see her leave. I cried so much on Saturday when she and the girls were leaving that she stayed another night! Being a new mommy has made me so emotional- I've had a great week but its a very emotional one. I have several fears about Caroline's feeding times- she spits up a lot- I'm thinking way too much- she sometimes sounds like shse gagging or "choking" but she's not- Rhonda says that a baby can't possibly choke on liquid! She's quite the expert about infants but I still feel worried. I'm sure this too shall pass! Getting back to the emotional part- I've cried on and off all week long. Tuesday and Wednesday were just days that I'd cry about her eye. I would just look at Caroline and think how sweet and innoncent she is and I'd just boo-hoo. When I think about her and how already she's as week old- I'll cry! I'm sure these feelings are new mommy feelings and will go away soon.

We all love Caroline so much! Enjoy her one week pics!
